Whatever the actual Form of Contract that describes the commercial relationship and operation of a project, it will invariably require a degree of reporting, notification and progress updates at certain intervals.
This is likely to control the approval of period or stage payments from the client as well as to inform the stakeholders of progress and the current trajectory for project completion.
